Process Guide

Selection of Goods and Services (Adding to Cart)

To find the product you want on ewela.co, you can get information about the product you’re interested in from the Product Family page; you can answer the hair test questions and add any of the recommended products to your cart.

Before your order is completed, your order summary will be displayed on the screen so that you can check the accuracy of the information you’ve entered. At this stage, when you are sure about the products in your order and the amount to be paid, you can complete your order by clicking the ‘I Confirm My Order’ button. As the order is not created until the payment process is completed, it is not binding.

Entering Payment Information (Purchase)

To proceed to the payment stage, press the ‘Complete Purchase’ button after selecting the products you want to buy in your cart. Enter the address where you want your order and invoice to be sent or select one of your saved addresses. On the payment page, choose between Cash on Delivery or Credit Card options. If you choose the credit card option, enter your credit card information, select the installment option, and then complete your purchase by clicking the ‘I Confirm My Order’ button. When the purchase is completed, you will receive a payment confirmation email and SMS notification.

Guest Shopping: This is an alternative ordering channel for users who do not wish to become members. Alternative Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute regarding their complaint, the consumer can apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts. The monetary limits for consumer arbitration committees to be responsible and authorized to handle disputes are:

  1. a) District Consumer Arbitration Committees for disputes below 6,920 (six thousand nine hundred and twenty) Turkish Liras,
  2. b) Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees for disputes between 6,920 (six thousand nine hundred and twenty) Turkish Liras and 10,390 (ten thousand three hundred and ninety) Turkish Liras in metropolitan cities,
  3. c) Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees for disputes below 10,390 (ten thousand three hundred and ninety) Turkish Liras in the centers of non-metropolitan cities,

รง) Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees for disputes between 6,920 (six thousand nine hundred and twenty) Turkish Liras and 10,390 (ten thousand three hundred and ninety) Turkish Liras in districts of non-metropolitan cities,

are responsible.

For disputes above these values, applications are made to consumer courts, not consumer arbitration committees. The competent authority is the consumer arbitration committee and consumer courts where the consumer’s place of residence is located or where the consumer transaction was made.

In case of a dispute, you can also resort to all alternative dispute resolution methods accepted in our country, such as arbitration and mediation. Alternative dispute resolution methods are known to be faster, more economical, and more effective. Resorting to these resolution methods will not eliminate your right to seek legal remedies.
